The email reads:
Our records shows that your online session will be Suspend today due to the following reason.
(1) Open Transactions which is yet to Be Confirmed by You and Validate Online Banking information such as your Transaction Manual Details.
(2) Inadequate Update on your ABSA Bank FICA Online Account Which might lead to Termination of Your Online Banking Access.
We urge you to restore your FICA immediately to avoid final shut down of your account.
We need you to provide your most up-to-date information or confirm that your details that we have on record have not changed.
