Where is your store located and where can I view your products?
We are an online store only and do not hold stock of the products on display. Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers but we do hold some stock locally. We source the latest products, negotiate the best prices, handle the payments and oversee the safe delivery of the items ordered to your door. We check stock availability on a daily basis and will not intentionally display a product that is out of stock.
What are the delivery times on items purchased?
Delivery time is usually within 3 - 21 business working days but can arrive sooner. The individual estimated delivery time is specified on each items information page. You will normally be notified of any delays on items ordered or you can contact us and we'll supply you with the status of your delivery. Peak shopping / gift periods (Easter, Christmas, etc) may require a few additional days for delivery. Note: Due to a recent global courier change of policy, all products with a lithium battery can only be shipped via EMS and this will mean a few extra days for delivery plus a slight delivery charge. All other deliveries will be shipped with either DHL, Aramex or other couriers.
How do I place an order for EFT or Cash Deposit payment?
First create an account with us. Add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout and select Cash Deposit or Internet Transfer. Once you've confirmed your order, you will be presented with (and emailed) a purchase order with our banking details. Complete your deposit or transfer with the purchase order number and your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation once payment has been received. Optional: Fax or Email us the deposit slip or proof of payment to expedite your order.
Can I cancel my transactions once they've been processed?
In most situations your order may be cancelled, as long as it's within a few hours of the transaction. You will receive a full refund less the transaction charges.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
Unfortunately refunds or returns are not offered on items that aren't damaged. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we'll try our best to compensate you. This will also assist us in evaluating our suppliers and avoiding future issues.
What if my items are damaged?
We spare no expense in getting your items to you safely but in the rare event of an item arriving damaged, we will supply you with a replacement, alternative item or a refund. Items damaged by you will not qualify for refund or replacement. In the event of a damaged or lost software or user manual CD/DVD, we will supply you with a download link. Simply email us the product information or product code and we will forward you the web address or download link.
Why do the PayPal prices sometimes vary from the original prices?
PayPal is an international payment gateway and all ZAR prices are first converted to US Dollars and then back to South African Rand. This will fluctuate depending on the current exchange rate but we offer a 3% discount on all these purchases.
What are the shipping and delivery costs?
All prices include packaging, shipping and delivery and any customs duties are paid on your behalf (included in the price). We charge you for the actual item, packaging, shipping & delivery charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & V.A.T.) are paid on your behalf. We may ask for your ID number if required by local customs staff.
