1. Where is your store located and where can I view your products?

The Spy Shop Head Office  / Walk In Demo Spy Store is based in Amanzimtoti, Durban, KZN and stock ONLY the most popular spy gadgets and tracking devices.

2. What are the delivery times for items purchased from Spy Shop Online?

Delivery times are between 2 and 5 working days, for products in stock and 5 and 32 business working days for products that are not in stock and require importing. More details on delivery times are specified on the information page.

3. How do I place an order and make a payment?

You can register online for Free or contact us for a Free Quote. If you registered online, then simply add a product to the cart and checkout. Payment and Delivery options will be available on checkout. If you opted for a quote, then you can simply EFT from your bank direct.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order but please contact the Admin Department for further details. As there is a strict guideline to follow and a cancellation fee will be charged.

5. What if I don't like what I ordered?

We can not swap your device because you DO NOT like it! We can swap your device if you feel it will not work for your problem at hand, or you purchased the wrong device. Simply contact admin for details, keep the original box, accessories and return it (delivery at your cost). You have 7 days to decide / 7 days cooling off period!

6. What if my package / products arrive damaged?

Although we / Spy Shop SA are not in direct control of the delivery and package handling, we do our best to bubble wrap and protect packages from being damaged while being transported. However, Please contact admin as soon as you realize your package is damaged!

7. Why do PayPal / PayFast prices vary from the original prices?

PayPal and PayFast offer a payment gateway service for online transactions and charge a fee to use their service. The fee is built into the payment gateway, the fee is non negotiable and only gets added to your order upon checkout. PayPal charge a +/- 3.4% fee and PayFast charge a +/- 3.5% fee + R2 per transaction. Spy Shop SA are charging ONLY 3% for either payment portals used!

8. How much is delivery for my package?

Spy Shop SA offer a few delivery options: Postnet to Postnet for R100, Courier Door to Door for R150 and Free Delivery when your spend R1500 or more (Postnet to Postnet). You can also arrange to collect for free, from our Spy Shop in Toti.

9. Why was I told the product is not in stock, only after I paid for my order?

Simply because, we / Spy Shop SA stock limited amounts of these products and although we do our best to stock everything available via the online Spy Store, we do not stock 5000 of each product listed! If the stock ran out before your payment cleared, that is due to the fact another clients payment cleared before yours and we will place an order with our supplier or suggest something similar that is in stock!

10. How do I choose the right Spy Camera / Nanny Cam ?

You would need to contact our sales team, explain to them what you want to do with the spy device or your current problem and they will make suggestions based on that! We do have over 30 years of experience and 100% of our suggestions work perfectly.
