When will my order be delivered?
If you urgently require a spy device, it is best to chat with the sales team first and check available stock. If you have ordered something that is in stock at our Spy Shop or Warehouse, delivery is between 1 and 5 working days (depends on your final delivery choice). Please ask a Sales Agent for a list of in stock items, then make a selection from that list (to avoid waiting). Out of stock items will take between 5 and 31 working days, as we will need to order from our international warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after dispatch has been completed, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. Yes, you can change your delivery address before a courier has been booked.
